Question 1995 chevy S10 2.2 engine

I have changed everything electrical to try and get it to Run even took the fuse out, beccause it just keep dumping fuel in the cylinder's all four, even with the fuse out fuel keep going into the cylinder's. change out the spark plugs coil pack computer, and now I'm at a lost. how can I tell if the timing, that's bad. it's fuel injector 2.2 engine. How are you testing for fuel dump in all cylinders?
Does it have dood spark to all plugs?
Got compression?
What is fuel pressure?

Any codes?

What fuse are you pulling?
