Accent transmission question....

I have a '01 Accent, 1.6L. 144k miles on it. I recently got the trans fluid and filter changed. Well since then the trans seems to slip a little while changing from 1st to 2nd. Not everytime but it seems to do it while I let off the gas at the same time of the transition. Then I go to push the gas again and it revs then goes into gear. Is this a sign that it is going out? What can I do?
