2003 AWD or 2004 FWD

Hi guys/gals,

I'm one of the few enthusiasts that has always been interested in the Aztek design, and now I have the opportunity to pick up a used model. I'm in Canada, so my mileage for comparison will be in KM's, 1 mile = 1.6Kms. So these are the choices, do I buy:

1) 2004 Aztek GT FWD, sunroof, 32,000 Kms, $8500
2) 2003 Aztek GT AWD, sunroof, leather, loaded, 90,000 Kms, $8000

Very similar price, but the second vehicle is loaded and a year older with 90,000 Kms and has AWD. I would like the interior upgrades but if there is advice to go with the 2004, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for any suggestions/help. Oh, and what are real-world MPG's from Aztek owners out there?
