First things first. You are sure the battery is good. There could be a problem with the starter, it could be just jammed. You could just use something like wheel iron to just hit the starter a few times and see.

yeah ive tried that but still not working oh BTW its a manual transmission jeep i can here the starter tring to kick over but nothen else works the ights work and the buzzer works when you turn on the key
