1994 F150 OBD1 trouble codes

My son's truck. His engine light is flashing code 32 I think. Seems to run fine. What does this mean? Is there a listing of the older OBD 1 codes for free somewhere on line? What is the procedure for reading diagnostic codes in older Fords?

http://www.ebay.com/ Search item 370231771671 or code scanner
You can get them but you need a manual and DVOM analog. They have a 1/2 pulse and if not familiar you will get the wrong code.
