95 Civic LX trailing arm bushing replacement

Quick questions for you all...

commuter car went in for an inspection and failed with bad upper, Lower, and Trailing arm bushings

found the Energy Suspension replacements for the trailing and lower arms

when installing the bushings (16.7106) on the trailing arm how and when do you install the cross pin into the bushing? The instructions on the mfg website shows how to remove the cross pin then install new bushing but no indication as to how you install the pin.

Also what keeps the cross pin from spinning inside the bushing itself instead of the twisting torque on the oem?

thanks in advance,

Jerry
