The Renesis Rotary Engine

I am considering buying a 2009 Mazda RX-8 with the 'Renesis' rotary engine and have been doing research on rotary engines and would like information and/or clarification, and solutions if possible about... (1.) Are they prone to flooding? (2.) Do they burn oil? (Dealer says no). and if yes, how much say every 3000 miles before oil change. (3.) Do they need to warm up completely or will they run cold? (4.) I read that carbon build-up is a problem. How can I prevent this or what to do if it happens? Also, what are the symptoms of carbon build-up = How would I know? (5.) What is the proper way to break in the new rotary engine and how many miles before it is broke in? (6.) I read that a rotary engine needs to be 'redlined' on occasion and should not be 'babied'. I don't have access to an open stretch of road so how should I do this, if at all, and how often? (7.) Anything else that I need to know? Thank you
