Tamiya 1/24 Tabac-Original Sonax AMG Mercedes

Straight OOB build. The body color is Alclad's Scarabeus blue/green fade. The blue on the interior and undertray is Tamiya TS-15 blue. I hope you like it.

Stuart

Thanks scalecar. Yes, the wheels are gun metal, but not the TS, it is the acrylic X-10.

Nice looking paint - but the exhaust tips.... Make this thing a hundred percent and wheather them!

yeah, I really didn't notice that until I saw the pictures and then I was kind of stumped on what technique I could use over that crome plating. Do you have any suggestions? Maybe just a wash?

Very nicely built C-class! The Alclad-colour you chose seems to be a perfect match, thanks for the tip!

As for the exhaust tips: I would paint the inside with enamel flat black and wipe over it with paper tissue immediately so that there´s no paint left on the tips rims.

Love the colour. I've never seen this before and it looks fab. Glad to also see you've sorted out your clear coat/decal issue...paintwork look perfect now
