program keyless Remote Buick Park Ave ultra 1998
I am trying to program keyless remote for Buick Park avenue ultra 1998 also I have the programming instructions but I am unable to locate pins #8 & #4 to jump , i found the DLC but in that DLC , the place where #8 & # 4 pins supppose to be is empty. I dont know what to do & how do i find out. plz reply if any one can. thanks

i jumped the wire in #8 & #4 then turn key position to on. it wont make any kind of sound , dont know what to do , can any one help plz.
