Prep for smog test

I need to get my car smog tested, its a 1986 IROC with a 305ci and TPI.

Im planning on using Royal Purple fuilds, K&N filters, E3 spakeplugs, and getting a new smog/air pump.

Is there anything else I should do to get it ready?

Re: Prep for smog test

not really... as long as your check engine light isn't on... no faulty sensors (reporting atleast). check that all vaccum hoses are properly connected.... and EGR isn't stuck open. You can probably do a search about it. Probably not even worth the effort of checking, unless you have notice any significantly reduced gas mileage.
