GSR help
I have a 95 integra GSR what can i do to get it in to the 13 teens with out putting turbo or nitrous on it. all it has right now is a AEM cold air and a chip and a short throuh shifter plez help

build ur internals (higher compression pistons etc...), but if u get higher compression pistons, then turbo will never happen, cuz u already run 10:1, but if u get 10.6:1 then that'd help. new intake mani, new high flow cat. new clutch, lsd tranny, new final drive (itr maybe, it'll help in 1st, but 2nd an 3rd will be the same). use slicks at the track. run w/ out any interior/spare tire...an drive really well. w/ those mod's, u'll be into 13's no prob w/ a good driver.

US spec and and 96-97 jdm type r trannies are baically 99-00 si trannies w/ a lsd. gsr/itr/si/dohc vtec del sol all share the same 4.40 final drive. same 1st gear, the rest are different, im sure thats what you meant
 oh and all gears go through the final drive. a 98+ jdm itr tranny (4.785 f)would help with at least .3 seconds. ats makes an even shorther 4.94 final drive. it relly makes a big difference
