Fuel and Spark management

I am about to do a junkyard turbo setup. I have a t-25 and an intercooler of some sort....anyways I have that part under control. I need to know what would be the most economical way to manage my fuel...well mainly spark. I know that DSM 1gen injectors and a bigger fuel pump will do it for fuel delivery. I have no idea on this spark management shit. Would a MSD blaster cap and retarded timing work or is it like most shit and majorly complicated? Someone please explain it to me I have read everything at homemadeturbo.com and still am in the dark.
