99 cobra engine noise

so heres the problem, when i push the clutch n at 2000 rpm or higher 2 shift, there is a rattling popping kinda sound. it sounds like its coming from the engine so i think it might b a rocker or a valve or something. i just changed the oil, so i know its not that. the performance and power of the car is not affected and it still runs normal. what i dont get is y the sound comes from the engine if im pushing the clutch in. any help would be appreciated.

Re: 99 cobra engine noise

If it only happens when you push the clutch in, I would say it is the throw out bearing.
