95 JDM H22 help, 3200 rev limiter
Hey all, just had a buddy of mine put in a obd1 h22 in my girls ragged 99 prelude. coverted wire harness to use the jdm ecu. everything runs fine but having a 3200 rev limiter. distributor/plugs/plug wires are all about 6 months old.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

ecu may be in limp mode, not sure what its call. its to prevent engine damage cause something may not be wired up right or disconnect. just my 2 cents. You can give www.jshmotors.com a call their really good with the jdm engines.
