hard hitting ? Tweeter cones typically move less than 1mm (1/25")

If you mean loud, like able to keep up with several large subs, then you need one that has a high sensitivity - 98 dB/W/m. You will typically need a horn driver for that,

well hard hiting subs go alpine type r or type x idk about tweets probably fosgate they have amazing speakers
