P0171 Help!

I have a 98 Pontiac bonneville SLE its a peach and I am in love with this car however I have a DTC P0171 Lean fuel sys (bank 1) and I can not figure it out. There is no vacum leak. But I did change out the air intake for a custom done spectere air intake kit. Could that have something to do with it seeing how the filter is oiled. Could it be affecting the MAF. The car does run though. It will crank over and start to idle high then level out. I often get a camshaft position sensor code to appear with a random cylinder missfire code also. If anyone has any solutions or test procedures pls contact me asap. Thank You
