96 voyager cruise problem_not clock spring
Hi all,
I have a 96 grand voyager that had a horn and cruise problem. I had the clock spring replaced at the dealer today and the horn works now, but no cruise??? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks |

Re: 96 voyager cruise problem_not clock spring
Check the stop lkght switch (under dash and next to brake pedal) if the arm is stuck or not moving smoothly it will cancel the cruise.

Re: 96 voyager cruise problem_not clock spring
Several years ago when I had my '98 T&C clockspring replaced under recall, my cruise didn't work and it turned out the technician forgot to reattach wiring to clockspring from cruise. My guess is that's what happened here and I would take it back to whoever did the job.

Thanks Bear! You hit the nail on the head. The switch was indeed stuck. |
