06 SS issue

my 06 SS has this issue when you take off on say the very first take off of the day the car jurks kind of like it has a clogged fuel filter or something, but it only does it until the car has its first gear shift, after that it is fine! i have taken it to the dealer several times and the did the fuel system and really didnt help, it doesnt usually do it if i start the car with the remote. i think the problem has something to do with the electronic throttle control but i am no mechanic. can anyone shed some light on this?

make sure the transmission fluid is at the correct level when hot when at a level location...if the fluid is low when cold ,,this could account for the first shift on starting up to be harsh..

this should be added 2oz at a time,,, until at the full hot mark..when vehicle is hot..

Re: 06 SS issue

Is his happening under hard accelerations, or just normal driving?

Re: 06 SS issue

it does it during normal acceleration mostly it only does it when you first take off on first start up i live on a residential street so it is very rare i take off fast and once i stop at the corner and turn on the main street the car is fine.
