MIL and Battery light on

I just bought this car from a used car dealer that just didn't wanna deal with the issue's I'm guessing but anyways. The Check engine light is on and the battery light also on. I did notice upon purchasing the car that the belt was missing and the battery was deader than a door nail. it had been wreck in the front but it's was minor no fluids leaking or anything just front bumper or missing altogether. so i replaced battery and belt check oil and fuel everything seems okay no water in oil and the fuel smells okay not to fresh but runnable. Starts fine and runs good a/c blows cold air like 59 degree's But the data connection doesn't communicate to the hand device I've disconnected the battery for over 20 minutes and the light comes back, I took it to auto-zone and their device could read the codes and it shows P1492,P1794,P0700 and when cleared and re-read the the dtc it shows P1492 with out even starting the car.
need some fresh input here, checked all fuse's and relay's, ground connections and either I'm missing it or something is very wrong. I even bought a computer to replace but come to find out these are Vin specific cars.

any help would be appreciated
