grand prix oil filters
if anyones interested, i cut open a few oil filters designed for our cars....

Intersting pictures. It looks like the orange can of death has the least amount of filter material of the four. I never use Fram for any reason. I have used the Supertech on my Escort and the AC on my GTP. I haven't had any oil issues with either one but then I change oil regularly!

I don't see the significance of cutting open oil filters without further objective testing. For example the AC Delco (PF47) is made by Champion Labs and has a very low ranking not a mention a piss poor anti-drain back valve.
If you get a chance check out a WIX oil filter. Thats all I use and none of the above.
