By-passing the pass key fault chevy caprice 1994 is it possible i've tried 2 keys and fuses are ok

What do you mean? Do you mean you have keys that fit but the car won't start? Your ignition might require a transponder which means you need a locksmith to program them. Being a 1994 the transponder would be very primitive.

Scratch the part about the transponder. Your key has a chip in it (dinosaur version of the transponder). This thing is a pain in the ass to bypass from what i heard. You'll have to find an expert (locksmith) who knows what he's doing if you want a good job done at bypassing this chip. I don't see why you'd want it bypassed unless the car was stolen....its much easier just to have it configured.

Try using brake clean to clean the key and a Q-tip try cleaning the part where the key goes in.
