2000 sebring highbeam headlamp

have a 2000 sebring,all lights works but have no highbeam headlights. blue light on the dash comes on to indicate highbeams are on but they are not.car was hit on the the front end and rebuilt.

I have the same problem, with a 98 sebring lxi the car was in an front end collision and rebuilt but now the high beams dont work. any ideas or solutions?
