2000 passat blower dont work right

ok, I have a 2000 vw passat. The blower wouldn't work till is at full. Also if the ac is on, as soon as the blower start working the ac goes off. any ideas?

replace your resistor box.

thank you, where is the box resistor located?

it should be right beside the blower , you will see a block of wires plugged in think there is four wires, one of the wires will be going too the blower.

ok I have a quick question about the ac still. I have just notice that when the ac is on, a radiator fan start running. Is that normal or I am having another trouble with it? thank you
