Arrow best sporty car from 1980 2004(not luxury)???

Whats the sickest car you can think of and im not talking about Ferrari or lambo im talking about straight up street.

Wow! That's an open ended question that I can understand why no one has responded. No matter what you suggest, someone else will disagree.

For performance per dollar, you can't beat the Camaro/Firebird/Mustangs. Not only are they quick out of the box, there is a ton of aftermarket support to make them faster.

For imports, I have a thing for the Mitsu 3000GT AWD turbos (and it's sister car the Dodge Stealth, but good luck finding an owner willing to part with one that isn't blown up), Nissan Z-cars, and Subaru Impreza's.
