Ext. Cab Rear Driveshaft U-joints

I have a "93 S-10 Ext. cab. 4.3L

This truck has a constant velocity joint on each end of the rear driveshaft. (Two u-joints on each end.) I don't have a book to show me the sequence on which the u- joints are installed or which ones to do first. . Does anyone have that info?

They are a pain to do.

First thing is to mark all shafts and joint parts so you can put it back together like it came apart.

If you are not experianced on replacing them or u joints it might be best to let your machine shop put them in for you.

I have this one apart already. Just thought that there might be a certain way to put them back together since they have a spring in each end.

Put it back just like it came apart.
Always mark the way the parts come apart and which way the couplers go.
Good luck
