99 Tahoe Headlights.
The headlights on my Tahoe don't work when dimmed. Brights and running lights work just not the dims. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Re: 99 Tahoe Headlights.
Ok, The dimmer switch seems to be a common problem. Ill have to check that out. I really hope I don't have to buy a new one though. Those cost some big bucks.

Re: 99 Tahoe Headlights.
Is your '99 an old body style (OBS) or new body style (NBS)? If OBS and it has the low beam lamps acting as DRL's, as Jeremy-WI stated it could also be the DRL relay as the low beam signal goes thru this relay with the headlights on.

Check to make sure your E-brake pedal is not partialy depressed. I drive a 99 tahoe and my low beams are always on except when the e-brake is on.
