Window Regulator

Quick question: I finally got around to installing the new regulators I got for both the driver and passenger sides. All is well as the windows go up and down without any "pops" now. However, I've noticed that they go up and down at a slower rate than before (both of 'em).

Any ideas why!?! Do you guys think it's because I tightened the bolts too tightly or do you think it's just 'cause the regulator's new and needs to get used to the going up and down smoothly!?!

Let me know you guys' thoughts...thanks in advance.

EDIT: I couldn't find the torque specs for the assembly unit.
