Smile need jeepers opinion

was drivin around yesterday, and in the middle of rush hour traffic on the highway (stop n go), all of a sudden, when I step on the gas, ir only revs a little. and it seems to sputter, like it's choking, and the RPMs drop down almost to 0.it's a 99 wrangler, 4.0 inline six, never had it happen before. the check engine light came on, ran over to autozone, it pulled up a p0132, too rich/lean. just replaced the o2, so don't think it's that, but the only way to replace the fuel pressure regulator is to replace the whole rail. not on my top ten list of things to do.
my question is this: this morning i noticed i was low on gas. i was wondering if my problem could have been caused by a lack of fuel to the system by taking a sharp turn (yes, in my jeep you can do it), and causing the gas in the tank to run away from the pickup. i can replace the rail if that's what you guys think is best, but so far(fingers crossed) i filled the tank, and after i pulled off the road and let it set for about fifteen minutes, the check engine light and the problem seems to have gone away.

Re: need jeepers opinion

There is a bit of history with Wranglers, at low fuel levels, sputtering and not getting fuel. If keeping the tank more than 1/4 takes care of it, that's the easiest fix.
