Nemo gets a call from the shop ...

Yea so i took my car into the shop to get some shit i needed fixin done.

So i get a call and they first start off with ... "so how much money do you want to sink into this car ...?"

Great im thinking the original estimate of 200 was short and its gonna be closer to say 500 or 600. Running through the things they found wrong they tell me the final cost on the repairs is ... drum roll please ... actually fourteen hundred bucks.

Apparently my rear disc brakes were shot to hell, pads and back plate i know for sure and if they have a rotor that was shot to hell. Front breaks needed a new rotor for sure and pads. Back plates are special order from Honda

Washer pump was fried, special order from Honda

Rewiring my doors cause my dome light wasnt working right, yea this sucked cause its all labor and not quickly done.

Then i had my trivial things like AC and my vents not working. So appreantly that got fixed and they ordered some parts for that cause shit was broken. They havnt gotten to checking my actual AC pump yet so if its frozen my belt is getting cut so i can save some HP. Greg, think we could take care of that some time? Seth maybe you wana lend me your skillz too?

Yea so there was another part special ordered, which at the earliest will get here friday. There goes my spring break plans, yes im stuck at home! WOOO! and on top of that im broke! I dont have the money to buy my new puter setup like i thought i would until my taxes get here.

I swear to god on all that is holy or unholy or what ever that if this car breaks or gets totaled this year im gonna climb a clock tower and take out some fools!

EDIT : Ohh i forget to mention that they told me it was about time i brought her in for a tune up ... she needed it BAD!

we can take out the a/c.. it shouldnt be too hard. your rear drums not discs :) are bad. i woulda not have them fix the washer or the dome light right now..just to save some money. At least the car is getting worthy of driving to oregon in may :D

yea, i would just mainly get the brakes fixed, a/c really isn't a problem, i hav been rollin around without it for awhile, well without the belt on it.

How long does it take to get the a/c out? because i need to get mine outta there, just don't know a way to drain the thing without making a mess everywhere.
