95 F-150 won't start. Please Help!

I have a 95 F150 that won't turn over. The starter checks out ok. I replaced the ignition switch and still nothing. I noticed that the starter relay coil Maxifuse was blown. I don't know where to begin. Please Help!

Yes I replaced the fuse. Also, there is a terminal block or what ever you call it on the inside of the fender. I can jump it across there and get the truck to start. I'm not sure if that helps figuring out the problem.

Does the " terminal on the fender " have the positive battery cable attached to it ? If so , that should be your starter solenoid . Unlike some auto brands , Fords used a remote solenoid mounted on the passenger side inner fender . Most others had their solenoid mounted directly on the starter . You need to see if that solenoid is working ? Since you say you can start the truck by jumping the terminals there , makes me suspect a bad solenoid . I'll tell you right up front that I'm no expert on Fords . Have you checked all connections to be sure they are tight and aren't corroded ? Let us know what you find out ?
