I have a 1993 F150 4x4 has been lifted 2''body and 4''suspension...Front end shakes real bad when hit a pot hole or bump in road!!!! Plzzzz Help

Sounds like you need a steering stabilizer , if you don't already have one ? If you do , perhaps it needs replaced ?

Often, this is caused by bump steer or roll steer.
Typically, in lifted trucks, the steering geometry, specifically the drag link no longer is coordinated with the wheel movement over bumps. Possibly a dropped pitman arm would compensate for this effect, and/or a front end alignment by a shop who know what to do with lifted trucks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bump_Steer |
