extra condenser fan

I have a 99 LHS and live in south Texas, and it HOT here.
My AC has not worked for awhile due to evaporator core leak. I'm getting ready to replace it and have an AC again YEAH!. I know the AC has never worked as well as my mother in laws Toyota. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to add an extra condenser fan? I have the two on the backside of the radiator, just wonder if the AC would be better with its own dedicated fan.
