Question how much nos can safely be used on my civic?

i went racing with some friends last night out in the farm country around my town? and a couple of my friends are running nos on their cavaliers and one of them last night tore up his engine and tranny when he tried to use his nos system. and i was wandering how much nos could safely be put on my d16y7 with out causing damage to it, i have over100,000 miles on it. i am hoping to swap out the engine in july with the y8, so if i do blow the engine it will not be that big a deal, but i would like to use the system on the y8 also.

what do you mean by other mods? and how are "shots" rated is it by the nozzle size? also how hard is it to install a nos system and which is the best i have been thinking a bout using a ZEX system. has nebody else used this system?

ide go with a zex kit, yes its rated by nozzle size, zex is probably the easiest kit to hook up, i mean if you have common knowledge it shouldent be that hard for you, but if your really clueless you should let someone do it right so you dont fuk anything up

none ... safely used or not nos reduces the life of your engine.

nitrous would be simpler to put on and it would cost way less for the same if not more power, sure its not continuous power but its there when you need it
