car stalls

2000 e320 w/60k miles stalls after the car warms and up will not restart until it cools down. Got P0170 and P0173 codes (fuel trim malfunction bank 1 & 2). took car to the MB dealer and informed me I needed a new MAF sensor. I bought a new one and replaced it and it is still doing the same thing. I read where a CPS might cause this problem. Any ideas?

Re: car stalls

Did you get the codes cleared? You have to reset the M.E. to make the computer readapt to the new signals the new sensor is sending.
Did you make sure you got the right part number of sensor for your car ? Double check that too !

Crank sensor could also be your culprit! No codes appear when this goes out though. You have to pull it out and test it to be 100% for sure.
