96 cavy wont start

i have 96 cavy 2.4 that wont start changed the pcm out but same thing. did a volts test on it no power to trottle boby but have it every where eles also hooked it up to scanner nothing happend said check connection

What doesn't have power at the throttle body? There's a TPS and IAC. Get a wiring diagram and check for power at the PCM. If you have it at the PCM and not at the TPS or IAC, you've got an open wire somewhere

For the "check connection", check the cigarette lighter fuse, the DLC gets power from it. If it's blown you can't communicate with the PCM.

thanks 4 time sir there is no power to none of that or cam shaft or crank shaft
