Blend Door problem
F.Y.I. My son's 2004 Eddie Bauer Expedition had a blend door problem (a/c only thru defrost vents). Took it in and 3 hours later, the vacuum harness ($25), was replaced. Problem fixed. $230 total at a Ford dealership.
