This forum saved me lots of money, Thanks Guys

My 89 b-150 was running very bad, seemed like it was flooding out, would not pull up a hill, smoking, anyway, I took it to 2 different shops and both told me it was the computer, someone on here asked me if I had recently had a very low battery, and the answer was yes, I was told to disconect the neg battery cable for an hour and see if that would fix the problem, IT WORKED, after reconnecting the cable it started and ran great, seems the low battery had given one of the sensors false information and the computer was trying to adjust accordingly, so before you go out and spend lots of money, try this 1st, it may just work for you as well, Thanks, Ron
