Re: Cold Air Kit

THANKS ANYWAYS...i found a really sweet one..ordered it monday afternoon...should have it by the weekend just in time for the car show.......BBK didn't have one that works on the Mountaineer and or Explorer..so i kept searching and searching......this one is close to the BBK..never know they may own this company...it's so close to the BBK...right down to the blue silicone pieces..i'd like to get it anodized red to match the truck color...should look good since it's already shinny like the BBK...but we'll see what it costs to have that done....

can't believe no one helps each other here anymore...oh well.....

Would you prefer a bunch of people reply that have never bought or installed a cold air kit on the Mountaineer. Or would you prefer getting a bunch of responses suggesting that your cold air kit is not likely to gain you any MPGs, certainly not enough to offset the cost of the kit?

There's quite a bit of traffic on the Explorer forum, but I see no one responded to your request on that forum either. I don't think it's that no one wants to help out.
