Heater Hose fitting stripped
I have a 98' TC. I had a problem with it overheating, when i opened the hood there was antifreeze splattered everywhere. I had a buddy crank and rev the car to locate where it was coming from. turns out the heater hose & fitting were hanging in the rear of the compartment. the threads on the fitting seem fine but the hole were the fitting screws in is stripped. can someone help me!!??? I dont want to have replace the heater core. What should/could I do?

Re: Heater Hose fitting stripped
They sell those fittings at the parts store. In the help section.
