Pass key fault is on

I recently swaped a 95 impala motor tranny a wiring harness in to a 91 caprice. It was running fine and when i shut it off last night it wouldnt start back up because the PASS KEY FAULT light is on on the dash. Is there any way around this? what should i do to try and get the car running again?
