Trailer wiring harness

looking to install a trailer wiring harness, just curious if anyone new the best way to do it, i just purchased a four wire kit and was going to use the wires leading into one of the rear tailights. Does anybody have a wiring diagram for a 2000 grand am se???

Yeah that should work, though it's not recommended you tow anything(over 800lbs). Your trans will probly crap out.
I'd also use weather proof heat shrink tubing and solder the wires. If you dont, you'll have problems down the road..
