if this hose is twisted/distorted it will prevent vapor from venting...give the hose a massage to remove any distortions... it is possible the tank may need be droped and this hose properly installed...this has been reported after fuel pump repairs made..

I had the same problem on my 05 it was the tank vent valve it is located on the back of the vapor canister.
