How to clean MAF sensor?

I think the last time I oiled my K&N Filter I over oiled it. Can someone give me a step by step guide on cleaning the MAF? I know it is located in the TB, but I remember the MAF screen is there. How exactly do you remove that? The MAF sensor is right behind the screen, correct?

Thanks guys!

Re: How to clean MAF sensor?

There's a aresol cleaner available at the parts stores. Someone at one point put up a nice thread about this, might want to search it up.
