89 Blazer 2.8 Bogs Down when hot

I have a an 89 Blazer with 2.8...Truck runs great when cold after it warms up it bogs down and losser power .It is also hard to start when hot ..have to floor it to get it running and than it just lacka the power.
I have replaced egr, plugs , wires, rotor ,cap, fuel pump , fuel filter , cold start sensor ..cat has been removed , ....im out of ideas as what could be the problem ....
Ecu? distributor?

Any ideas appreciated ..... check engine ligth is not on

How is base timing?

What is the engine vacuumn reading at idle and at 2K RPM. when hot?
