Replacing Intake Plenum and catalytic converter

What are the torque specifications for replacing the upper intake plenum on a 2002 Impala LS w/ 3800? Car was leaking anti-freeze from the passenger side near the PCV valve. Plastic Plenum was warped in the corner. Probably should not complain I have 197,000 miles and this is the first major repair. Also replacing a catalytic converter, what is the torque specs on the exhaust joints? to bad it is over the warranty. Been a great car!

The specs should be in the manifold kit you get, no?

Here you go:http://www.naioa.com/v2/modules.php?...exhaust+torque

Scroll down a few pages for the exhaust torques.

easy job! Save yourself some money and do this yourself. Total out of pocket cost to me was $98.00, and only took three hours of my time.
