2003 civic si?????

hello to all the civic people out there. i am looking at buying a 2003 civic si hatchback and i just test drove it and it felt slow really slow it had a cold ait intake on it but that was all it had i want to buy this car and put headers and exhaust on it would that help it? i want it to run like 14.5 is the quarter on a na motor so is this possible???? people let me know and if this is not possible what are some good suggestions open to anything. thank you

go to ephatch.com . You can do great things with the k20a3 motor, especially if you do a head swap with a a1 or a2 head w/Kpro. redlines at 9500.
also JAckson racing has a nice bolt on supercharger, but if you looking to race skip the street version and get the Race one.
