BMOM RALLY CAR MODEL CONTEST - invitation!
BMOM RALLY CAR MODEL CONTEST !
THis month contest is open for rally car models only. There is 3 categories: - out of box - will be allowed minor changes on interior or exterior and new decals - Enhanced - for all other cars which have PE sets, sctrachbuilt and resin parts, major changes on car, ... - 1/43 scale You can send me your models right now too. You will can to change it in contest if you made new model or improve photos. Most important that they arrive to 21st April. Models which been in previous contest can enter, too. For this month is allowed to enter contest with 5 photos. Awards are: 1/18 diecast model from Welly MediaMix Hobby decal set on winner's choice - - sponsor MediaMix Hobby Platz P/E set for Mitsubishi Lancer - sponsor MediaMix Hobby 1/43 kit on winners choice from sponsors stock - sponsor Scale Race Cars There is already some models in contest! You can read more rules and infos about contest on contest pages.

Is there a minimum number of entries required for a category? Will the 1/43rd contest go ahead if you only get three cars?

Minimum is 5 cars, but even if I don't have it in 43 category, I will go with it.

28 models so far in contest.
OOB - 12 models Enhanced - 12 models 1/43 scale - 4 models And there is great models in contest. And new sponsor with great wards: LauBak!

John,
it isn't allowed to invite people to vote for you. You can tell that you are in contest but not invite anybody to vote for you. That leads to disquilification.

Ooopsss, sorry Zeljko. Thanks for clarifying that for me. I'll edit my post. It won't happen again. By the way the link to the rules on the BMOM page doesn't work for me. I wanted to read them and make sure I don't unwittinlgy do something like that again.
