2000 GTP Obsolete A/C Hose - Help Finding

Hi,

I have a 2000 GTP and the high pressure A/C line from the evaporator to the condenser is leaking. The part number is 10325952 but it is obsolete through GM and the only dealer that shows it on the locater is in Puerto Rico which would be a hassle if I could get it shipped. Anyone run into this problem or have any ideas? I am checking to see if the line is the same on a 2003 or similar W body. GM likes to change part numbers for any part change and I am hoping to find a similar line that will work.

Thanks in advance

You will not find one in an auto salvage yard, there is a chance it was cut with a recipicating saw when the car was parted out.Try any A/C shop to see if they can make the line making sure they have the right tools to do it.

Are you sure the line is leaking, or is it just an o-ring at one of the fittings? Have you tried online? rockauto.com or gmpartsdirect.com

BTW, I would not recommend any aftermarket brands. They may work ok, but usually arent pre-bent in just the right places to fit into all the stock brackets and things.

there is an AC-Delco part number on that part number (10325952). It's 15-31132, and I do not show it as obsolete. I believe your dealer is being deceptive to keep you from going elsewhere, since he doesn't stock it anymore.

The A/C Delco number I got from the dealer was missing a one and that was probably the issue. I will check with him tomorrow to see if I can get it.

Thanks for the help

Just an update. The part is no longer available but one dealer showed it in Puerto Rico. I was able to purchase it and I now have my AC back.

Hmm....I replaced the flex hoses at 140k. They were sourced thru Rockauto and not Delco...but seemingly working OK as of this afternoon.
