Megane fuse / relay problem

Hi, I have a renault megane 1.4 16v,
The pump for the washer jets has suddenly stopped working, I have checked the fuses in the glovebox and they are all ok,
also the switch for the aircon and the heated screen no longer work. could it be a faulty relay controlling all three?
If so where can i locate the relay. any ideas?

Hi,

It is probably the pump itself and needs replacing....not expensive and can fit yourself. You can also check with a multimeter wether power is getting to the pump.

Its highly unlikely that one relay controls all three issues...do you have a manual with electrical diagrams for reference.
