07 HHR! Door Lock Switch Inoperative!

The drivers side power door lock switch does not work. The passenger side door lock switch unlocks/locks normally. I replaced the drivers side door lock switch and it still does not work. I checked the wiring diagram and there is a ground under the drivers seat underneath the carpet. I checked it..tightened and loosened it to see if I could get anything and I got nothing still. I checked to see if the wires that run betweent the door and the body got pinched/cut in half or something and everything seemed fine. Only thing I can think of that would fix it would be the BCM. Wanted to make sure though before I spent the money on it. Anybody know? Thanks!
